New Pretty Blog :D

I have been fiddling this morning with blog backgrounds and such and have settled on this one :)
I like it so now I just have to fill it up with equally pretty posts.
My exams have just finished (YAY) so I will finally be blogging a lot more, and I will try and get some nice outfit posts and such- although I will warn you my wardrobe is not very expansive in terms of vitage pieces, so bear with me until I earn some money :)

Anyway, I have an exciting day of cleaning ahead of me- Ta-rah!!

Hooray!

I finally have a follower :) Thank you Ruby's Attic!

Well today, in a bid to procrastinate from further revision for my exam tomorrow, I played with my hair for an hour, and ended up with this:





That is, 2 Victory rolls and a pin curl. I was feeling random.
In a bid to make myself feel better (only 12pm and already one of THOSE days) I got all dressed and did my makeup... yay :)

No Life on BlogWorld

Well, it's been nearly 3 weeks since I posted now so i think I'm going to have to turn it into a Sunday night post or something. I promise that by the time my exams are over it will become a regular occurrance, more so because I will have fabulous outfits to show you as I have some pretty things to buy once my job gets going and I'll make more effort than my current studying in my slouches mode.

The picture you can see here is my outfit from yesterday; you can't see my face as I wasn't made up by that point.
It is a gorgeous tartan housedress my boyfriend bought me in a Sale, and the jacket is a vintage-inspired piece I picked up from Wallis.



My first exams starts in 2 days so at the minute instead of focusing on my appearance, outings, shopping and flathunting I have substituted Literary and Social Theory and Romanticism and Modernism studies.

Maybe soon I can get some followers.... maybe.

Haven't posted in a wee while and feeling rather guilty, but I don't know why considering I have zero followers. haha.

I have been so busy recently with studying for my exams, which start in exactly 2 weeks. This has also led to me sitting round my flat in my jammies and generally not doing a lot in terms of vintage :(

I did however, get given some money a couple of weeks back, which I went and bought a beautiful vintage dress with at my favourite vintage shop just down the road. It is 2 different shades of blue in a heart pattern with a pleated skirt and gold buttons (sorry about the blurry photo!)





My boyfriend and I have been desperately searching for a new flat but things aren't looking good on the money front, and therefore think we're going to be staying where we are over summmer, which sucks. He has an interview today though and I start my job on Friday.... I know things will pick up when we have our own place and i can be wifey.

anyway... back to revision!
